Custom pieces ordered after Tuesday at noon will be shipped the NEXT Friday. This gives us enough time to carefully craft your personalized item.

We do not offer refunds or returns. However, repairs can be considered for certain pieces depending on the damage and individual piece. Repairs may come at a charge depending on the assessment.

Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $50 have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99.
