Shipping schedule
Orders ship every Friday morning. Place your order by Thursday at noon to catch the next shipment. Free shipping on orders over $50.
When do you ship orders?
We ship once a week on Friday mornings. If your order is placed after Thursday at noon, it may be shipped the NEXT Friday, depending on the piece.
When do custom pieces ship?
Custom pieces ordered after Tuesday at noon will be shipped the NEXT Friday. This gives us enough time to carefully craft your personalized item.
What is your return/refund policy?
We do not offer refunds or returns. However, repairs can be considered for certain pieces depending on the damage and individual piece. Repairs may come at a charge depending on the assessment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Square.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $50 have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99.
Can I request a custom piece?
Absolutely! Visit our Customize page to fill out a form for custom rosaries, necklaces, or any other jewelry piece. We'll work with you to create something special.
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of high-quality materials including natural gemstones, polymer clay, gold-filled wire, sterling silver, 14k gold, Swarovski crystals, and more. Each product listing specifies the exact materials used.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions. For natural stone pieces, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Each piece is made with care and proper care will keep it beautiful for years.
